God’s Compassion Never Fails

“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail.  They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”  Lamentations 3:22,23.

Today God is promising you three things;

1) Unfailing love.  God cannot love you more than He does now because His love towards you is already perfect in spite of your imperfections.  He will never stop loving you.  “Neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:39.

2) Compassion. His compassion is always towards you with a readiness to help you, forgive you when you need His forgiveness, and to extend His hand of mercy towards you each day.

3) Faithfulness.  You can count on God.  You can trust Him to be there for you always.  He waits for you even when you ignore Him or get too busy.  He is not waiting to scold or punish you but to love and encourage you.  God lives by His own Word.  “His compassion never fail, they are new every morning.”

Love yourself and love others.  Forgive yourself and forgive others.

Kingdom Declaration:

God has sealed me with His Spirit and has guaranteed me a delightful inheritance.

Create a Balanced Life

“The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.”  1 John 2:17.

One of the buzz phrases in today’s society is, “Work, Life and Balance.”  Companies are sponsoring seminars as people are becoming more and more stressed out and burnt out.  We can go to seminars and more seminars but a life without God is already imbalanced.

Jesus showed us a perfectly balanced life.  He balanced His work with rest.  “When Jesus saw the crowd around him, he gave orders to cross to the other side of the lake.”  Matthew 8:18.  His devotion was to His Father and His duty was to others.  Jesus loved the world but the world never consumed nor controlled Him.  He submitted Himself to His Father’s control.

Let us create a balanced life with six balls and with priorities in mind as we create and rule our world: God, health, family, work, friends, and recreation.  The pressures of life will try to get you to either ignore or drop one of these life balls.  But, purpose in your heart to live a balanced life. Believe and create God’s plan for your life, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 2, NKJV.  Create your priorities and rule your world with God as your main priority and Source of life and blessings.

Kingdom Declaration:

I rule my world with the right priorities and with God as my Source of glory.

You will succeed

“Hezekiah trusted in the Lord, the God of Israel.  There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him.  He held fast to the Lord and did not cease to follow him; he kept the commands the Lord had given Moses.  And the Lord was with him; he was successful in whatever he undertook.”  2 Kings 18: 5-7.

Success is one of the greatest of human pursuits.  Success is defined by Webster’s Dictionary as: “a favorable or desired outcome; the attainment of wealth, favor or eminence.”  John Maxwell describes success as: “The progressive realization of a predetermined goal”.   Success is progressive and includes the will and determination to never give up.

God gives us the principles of success:

1) Trust in the Lord.  God is the Author of our dreams and will work in and through us to the finish line.

2)  Hold fast to the Lord.  David held fast to the Lord even, ‘in the valley of the shadow of death.’  In the good times and in the bad times let us hold fast to the Lord.  Pray, read His Word and praise Him.

3)  Obey God’s Word.  Let God’s Word be your plumb line for everything that you do as you create and rule your world.  When God’s word triumphs over our feelings the power of negative in our lives will be diminished.

4)  Be confident.  God has given you His word: “The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8.

God is with you with His continued guidance, protection, and provision. You will succeed because of double power: God’s power and your power of faith. “Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed.” Proverb 16:3.

Kingdom Declaration:

The LORD is my strength and shield.  He gives me success and guarantees my protection.
