CHAYIL Daily Inspiration: Extreme Makeover

“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.” At once they left their nets and followed him.” Matthew 4:19-20.

Jesus, after thirty years as a carpenter in His family business, was ready for CHANGE to CHANGE our world. His mission to save the world was kept quiet until now, the time for His exposure. The eyes of His cousin John was opened by God to see and affirm the Messianic, Salvation call of Jesus, “The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” John 1:29.

Jesus was changed for change. He was baptized in water and filled with the Holy Spirit for His manifested glory to be NOW seen, experienced and marketed throughout nations. He recruited twelve businessmen to join Him in His mission that would become a movement growing in power and influence until the number of people saved by God is completed. A movement with predetermined stages, cycles and strategies called revivals, movements, and awakenings because it will continue until God’s plan for our world is fulfilled.

When Jesus recruited His disciples to follow Him, He promised them an extreme makeover from fishermen to become fishers of men. They received a new wineskin for His fresh power and glory for CHANGE. The new wineskin was the wineskin of Jesus even as He grew in: worship (their hearts sold out to God in reverence and service); wisdom (supernatural revelation to infuse their natural wisdom); power (fresh ability and strength as CHANGE Agents); honor for (God, personal values, and the people they would save), favor (with God), wealth (resources for their families, mission and themselves) influence (favor with people). (Luke 2:52). The key areas of growth are called CHAYIL Pillars.

CHAYIL Pillars describe the new wineskin of hearts and lives that are preparing for His outpouring of Glory. CHAYIL is a Hebrew word that describes Power for Change. CHAYIL Glory is the manifested power and glory of our LORD Jesus Christ in and through His servants like you. As in the beginning God is remaking us into His image and likeness as Agents for His manifested glory in all the earth. Together we can. Let’s PRAY, BELIEVE, and RECEIVE a new wineskin for fresh glory for CHANGE to change us to change our world.

Kingdom Declaration:
CHANGE me LORD to change my world. I will grow in the Pillars of CHAYIL as your Agent of Change for a better world.

CHAYIL Glory Teaching: Ignite your Passion

Daily Inspiration August 2

“Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus.  But Peter and John replied, ‘Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God’s sight to obey you rather than God.  For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” Acts 4:18-20.

The early church grew in numbers, power and fame in the midst of persecution, separation from families, and threats of imprisonment and death.  A passionate group of disciples committed themselves to a cause that was greater than themselves and received power and glory from Jesus to serve Him in His mission. CHAYIL is a Hebrew word that describes Power for Change.  Nothing or no one could stop them from sharing about Jesus Christ, His life, death and His resurrection. The movement called Christianity was birth to radically save and rescue lives, community and nations from satanic evil powers.

CHAYIL Glory is the manifested power and glory of our LORD Jesus Christ in and through His servants. Jesus described His agenda for His manifested glory in and through His servants, “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8.  The works of the devil includes violence, shame, poverty, terror, corruption and on and on.  It is time for CHANGE.  God is empowering a passionate group of disciples to commit to a new movement to destroy the works of the devil.  The disciples of Jesus were motivated by three things:

  1. Faith. They had undaunted faith in Jesus Christ. They saw His power and manifested glory in healing the sick, subduing demons, changing lives and transforming communities.  He was now in them to flow through them to save the world.
  2. Peace. They knew that Jesus is the Prince of Peace to bring peace to hearts, lives, communities, and nations.  His glory is transformational.
  3. Passion.  They were motivated by their love for Jesus and their strong desire to fulfill His mission by keeping His message alive, growing the movement that will last for ages, and now Christianity remains the strongest religion.
  4. Now us.  We must ignite our passion with hope for our world and to be a solution for a great cause. Together we can.  Let’s PRAY, BELIEVE, and RECEIVE fresh glory (revelation and power) for CHANGE to change us to change our world.

Kingdom Declaration:  I am convinced that our world needs salvation and that Jesus Christ is the Savior of our world.  I will serve Him.
