Facilitators Guide

Components of a CHAYIL Power Group Meeting:

1)  Welcome, Introduction, Prayer (Worship)
2)  One-Word Check in. Use One-Word to describe how you are feeling today? Be real so that others can celebrate you and your testimony, or if you have an issue you can receive prayer or collective wisdom (ideas and experiences) from other members.
3)  "One-Word" explanation.  Explain your "One Word" check in for Celebration, Prayer or PEER-Coaching (if you so desire).
PEER-coaching.  PEER-coaching is when a member of the CPG share an issue that they would like to receive ideas, wisdom, and strategies from the experiences of other members in the group. Everyone will get opportunities to share or receive coaching from others.
4)  Interactive Discussion of CHAYIL Daily Inspiration or CHAYIL Teachings.
5)  Training in CHAYIL Pillars (Choose a Pillar for discussion).  How will you intentionally grow in that Pillar? Share at next session for accountability.
CHAYIL Pillars: Worship, Wisdom, Power, Honor,  Favor, Wealth, Influence
6)  One Word Check Out – How are you feeling?  Members share on how they are feeling after being in the CHAYIL Power Group.
7)  Prayer.  At the end of the CPG an Altar of Intercession with the power of Agreement is created to pray for the needs of members, family, ministry, business, etc.  Altar of Intercession (Exodus 17:10-13), Power of Agreement (Matthew 18:18-20).
8)  Fellowship.
